Ordering a whole lechon is simple once you know the sequence. Work through these five steps and nothing gets missed.
- Get the size right. Start from your headcount — about 200–350g cooked per person. The size calculator turns that into a specific size, or see how much per person.
- Choose a style. Cebu or Luzon, or a lechon belly for a smaller group.
- Order ahead. A few days is fine normally; one to two weeks for fiestas and December.
- Arrange delivery. Time it to arrive close to serving — see the delivery guide.
- Keep it crisp. Tent it loosely, somewhere warm; re-crisp before serving. Details in keep it crispy.
