How to order lechon baboy.

Five decisions stand between you and a perfect centerpiece. Here they are, in order.

Ordering a whole lechon is simple once you know the sequence. Work through these five steps and nothing gets missed.

  1. Get the size right. Start from your headcount — about 200–350g cooked per person. The size calculator turns that into a specific size, or see how much per person.
  2. Choose a style. Cebu or Luzon, or a lechon belly for a smaller group.
  3. Order ahead. A few days is fine normally; one to two weeks for fiestas and December.
  4. Arrange delivery. Time it to arrive close to serving — see the delivery guide.
  5. Keep it crisp. Tent it loosely, somewhere warm; re-crisp before serving. Details in keep it crispy.

Confirm the essentials before you commit: when it's roasted, live vs. cooked weight, what's included, and the delivery window. The full checklist is in the buying guide.
